Defendant-appellant Joseph M. Kalady was convicted of Theft, Ind. Code § 35-43-4-2 (Burns Repl. 1979) and § 35-43-4-4 (Burns Repl. 1979), at the Conclusion of a jury trial in Elkhart Superior Court on October 30, 1980. Kalady also was found to be a habitual offender. The trial court sentenced him to thirty-four (34) years imprisonment. He now appeals.
